When a limit is no longer enough
If gambling is displacing essential spending, causing stress or becoming difficult to stop, stepping away is more important than choosing a different operator. Do not chase losses or use borrowed money. Account limits can reduce access, but they do not make gambling risk-free or replace personal support.
Choose an official provincial resource

- Alberta: AGLC responsible-gambling resources explain GameSense and self-exclusion.
- British Columbia: BCLC’s GameSense describes its support and advisers.
- Manitoba: Manitoba Liquor & Lotteries support provides local referral and exclusion information.
- Saskatchewan: SIGA responsible-gaming resources cover local support.
- Québec: Loto-Québec’s Bien jouer provides information and help routes.
- Atlantic Canada: Atlantic Lottery’s Break in Play guidance explains its tools and regional support.
Check what an exclusion covers
A pause at one service is not automatically an exclusion from every site or venue in Canada. Read the current program’s coverage and conditions. This page does not publish unverified helpline numbers or offer counselling. Casino Dome cannot implement an operator exclusion; use the official secure route for the relevant service.
