Start with an original source
For Ontario, our inventory follows iGaming Ontario’s official site and operator lists. For Alberta, a registration record is checked alongside official operating-site evidence. Provincial services are documented through their own agreements and public authorities. An affiliate comparison can suggest a brand to investigate, but it is not proof of authorization.
Keep the unit of comparison accurate
A legal company can operate several brands or websites. A brand can also have separate casino, sportsbook and poker destinations. We retain those distinctions and do not infer poker from casino, sports from a brand name, or nationwide access from one province’s listing.
A displayed source date is separate from our check date. Where a current official page conflicts with an old exclusivity statement, we use the newer evidence and explain the boundary. Missing registration numbers, expiry dates, payment methods and offers are not invented to fill a template.
Label the limits of the work
Registration records identify their narrower purpose and are not promoted as in-depth hands-on reviews. An official listing is not a rating, withdrawal-speed test or promise of player protection in every circumstance. Material corrections should include the affected page and a primary source through contact. Read the affiliate disclosure for how outbound links may relate to revenue.
