Licence records and product scope
The GRAI licence register is the starting point for the legal holder, activity, licence number and dates. Our brand cards link to the exact entity record. Read the activity column: a Remote Betting or Remote Betting Intermediary registration is not a Remote Gaming licence for casino games or poker.
GRAI’s glossary explains the categories. Revenue’s remote-bookmaker guidance confirms that GRAI is the licensing authority from 5 February 2026. Older Revenue records should not be presented as a substitute for a current GRAI check.
Terms, corrections and help
The operator’s current Irish product terms identify the account provider, payment requirements and complaint route. If a brand uses more than one company, match the company for the actual activity instead of relying on the logo.
GamblingCare offers local support information for people concerned about gambling and their families. Send Casino Dome corrections with a page address and primary source through contact. Account access, bet settlement and withdrawals should be raised through the operator’s secure process, retaining the relevant reference.
Poker product and foreign-licence sources
For poker, compare the Irish account contract with the relevant Malta Gaming Authority register or Gibraltar Gambling Division record. A foreign gaming permission is not an Irish betting licence or a granted GRAI Remote Gaming authorisation. Where a provider chain remains unresolved, the room is not added to the verified directory.
