Casino licensing and advertising

The DIA provider guidance, updated 13 October 2026, names the successful auction entities. Our status table separates those application rights from an issued licence. The player guidance explains the staged transition and planned public register.

Use the Online Casino Gambling Act 2026 for the statutory framework: sections 4, 5 and 10 concern the reach and meaning of advertising restrictions; section 74 concerns the register; Schedule 1 concerns the temporary exemption for existing providers. The Online Casino Gambling Regulations 2026 set detailed requirements, including advertising rules. DIA’s advertiser guidance explains obligations for content creators and third-party publishers.

Sports accounts and local support

TAB’s rules and terms hub is the starting point for sports and racing account conditions. Read the rule for the particular market and keep the accepted bet reference for a query. A casino auction entry does not alter the scope of our TAB sports review.

Safer Gambling Aotearoa provides information and support for people experiencing harm and their whānau. Send a factual correction with its primary source through contact. For deposits, withdrawals or settlements, use the relevant operator’s secure complaints process rather than sending account documents to Casino Dome.
