New Jersey’s authorized internet gaming list includes BetMGM’s poker destination and FanDuel’s poker domain. FanDuel’s terms updated October 15, 2026 explicitly include “PokerStars Exclusively on FanDuel.” Our review follows that current service relationship rather than assuming a historic brand route remains unchanged.

The New Jersey account and location requirements still apply even where a network shares players with another regulated state.
