Evidence comes before a listing
For New Jersey, we use the Division of Gaming Enforcement’s authorized sites and the operator’s current state terms. We use regulator records for authorisation and official operator terms for account conditions. A marketing banner alone does not establish permission, a payment time or a generally available bonus.
Each review explains its geographic scope. We distinguish a legal entity from a consumer brand and a betting permission from permission for casino games or poker. A listing is a documented product record, not a guarantee of eligibility, future availability or a successful withdrawal.
Corrections and commercial links
We do not invent star ratings, test deposits or cash-out results. Where a payment method, offer or processing time has not been verified, the review says to consult the live cashier or terms. Commercial relationships may support the site and are described in our affiliate disclosure. Report a factual error with the page address and, if possible, an official source. We assess the evidence and update the affected page when a correction is supported.
Sweepstakes and social-product evidence
We separate operator terms from state law, preserve version dates and flag unresolved or contradictory prize-model claims. Our rules records are not hands-on redemption tests or state-casino approvals. We publish no sweepstakes signup, referral, purchase or bonus-claim links.
