One New Jersey service agreement
FanDuel’s New Jersey terms were updated October 15, 2026. They identify Betfair Interactive US LLC as the operator and explicitly cover FanDuel Sportsbook, FanDuel Casino and PokerStars Exclusively on FanDuel. The casino and poker domains also appear on the state’s authorized internet gaming list.
The terms describe the sportsbook relationship with New Meadowlands Racetrack and the casino relationship with Golden Nugget Atlantic City. This is the New Jersey service record. A customer using a FanDuel product in another state is subject to that state’s separate agreement and permissions.
Eligibility and product checks
You must be at least 21 and physically in New Jersey to play through these services. FanDuel verifies identity and location, and the terms prohibit account sharing. Resolve a location failure through official support rather than assuming a US address is enough.
The products require different comparisons. In sports, check the market period and player rules. In casino, read the game’s paytable and stake range. For PokerStars Exclusively on FanDuel, inspect tournament fees, cash-table costs and fair-play requirements. A shared account does not make every promotion or rule identical across products.
Balance, offers and withdrawals
The current terms discuss moving a balance when an account is used from another supported state. That feature does not permit play in an unsupported location. Read the state agreement shown at login and check transaction history if you travel between eligible markets.
No standing welcome amount is quoted in this review. A bonus bet or restricted casino credit is not necessarily cash that can be withdrawn. Review expiry, qualifying action and any game restrictions before accepting an offer. Use the live cashier for your payment options and make sure the funding method belongs to you.
Withdrawal release can depend on verification and account review, followed by the payment provider’s delivery.
