Evidence before an operator listing
For New Zealand, we check DIA’s licensing and advertising guidance, current legislation and official TAB account rules. Regulator records establish the recorded permission; official account terms describe account conditions. A marketing banner, an offshore licence or a New Zealand-dollar wallet is not enough to call a service New Zealand-licensed.
The casino auction table is a dated regulatory report, not an operator recommendation. It uses the legal entities named by DIA, without guessing consumer brands or adding casino signup links. We distinguish a successful bid, an application, a transitional exemption and an issued licence. We also keep physical casino permissions separate from online products.
Reviews, corrections and commercial limits
TAB’s review covers sports. It does not imply an issued online-casino licence or poker permission. We do not invent star ratings, test deposits, withdrawal results, payment methods or offers. Unverified account details are referred to the current official terms.
Read our commercial-link disclosure alongside any operator record. Send corrections with the page address and a primary source. We assess the evidence before changing the record, and update the licence stage only when the relevant official material supports it.
