OLG.ca is operated under the conduct and management of Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation. iGaming Ontario names it separately from the operators that require an iGO operating agreement. It should therefore be included in an Ontario comparison without being added to the directory’s count of 49 private legal operators.
The age rule follows the product
The OLG player agreement requires Ontario residence and physical presence in Ontario for play. Online casino and online sports betting require age 19 or over. The separate age-18 lottery rule does not make these casino or sportsbook products available to an 18-year-old.
