Manitoba has its own PlayNow agreement
Manitoba Liquor and Lotteries Corporation operates the provincial PlayNow service using British Columbia Lottery Corporation as its online service provider. The current official legal hub links the Manitoba player agreement; the agreement identifies both organizations’ roles.
A different minimum age
The Manitoba agreement requires players to be at least 18, resident in Manitoba and physically in Manitoba to make purchases or wagers. These conditions differ from the age-19 rules in British Columbia and Saskatchewan, even though the services share the PlayNow name.
Documented activities
Manitoba Liquor & Lotteries explicitly describes casino products, sports betting and head-to-head poker. It also lists bingo and lottery, which are not being relabelled as poker or casino here. This is a source-based provincial service record; no test deposit, payout-time rating or current promotion is claimed.
