The Saskatchewan arrangement
The Saskatchewan player agreement names Saskatchewan Indian Gaming Authority Inc. as the operator and BCLC as a service provider. It expressly includes casino, poker and sports. This record is limited to Saskatchewan’s PlayNow service.
Current provincial authorization
An official government and Federation of Sovereign Indigenous Nations announcement, published by SIGA on 31 August 2026, extends SIGA’s Saskatchewan online-gaming exclusivity to September 2029. The source distinguishes that online arrangement from the separate gaming-centre pilot and land-based slot allocation.
Who may play
The agreement requires age 19 or over, Saskatchewan residence and physical presence within Saskatchewan for wagering. Other provincial PlayNow agreements do not replace these requirements. This record documents the service and its regional scope; it does not assess a live account, a particular poker table or withdrawal speed.
